Stanley Isaacs and 100% Entertainment Present The Film History Preservation Project

The Film History Preservation Project is a multi part documentary series, that was inspired by the success of our multi-award winning documentary “Tough Ain’t Enough: Conversations With Albert S. Ruddy”. The series, which is both entertaining and educational, was designed to showcase Award-Winning Producers sharing their intimate oral histories of the trials, tribulations, heartbreak and joy of bringing some of the most iconic and memorable motion pictures to the screen.

The Film History Preservation Project’s Mission Statement is to preserve cinema history with its Producers Signature Series, enshrining a legacy of priceless stories, and insights that will be studied and appreciated for generations by film buffs, fans, students, preservationists and historians around the world.

In recognition for his work on The Film History Preservation Project, Isaacs has been selected for inclusion in the 2021 volume of  “Who’s Who in America”

The four extraordinary documentaries in our series are…”It’s Always About The Story: Conversations With Alan Ladd, Jr.” with special friends, Jay Kanter, Michael Gruskoff and Mel Brooks, “ Sometimes Lucky Is More Important Than Smart: Conversations With Mace Neufeld” with special guests Alan Ladd,Jr. and Harrison Ford,“Making Dreams Come True”: Conversations With Mark Canton and “From Center Court To The Silver Screen: Conversations With Ashok Amritraj”. All four films were produced and directed by Isaacs.

In addition to the insightful and entertaining stories these producers share, the documentaries also contain clips of the producers’ most beloved films plus dozens of rare and personal behind the scenes notes and photos.

 

“Sometimes Lucky Is More Important Than Smart: Conversations With Mace Neufeld” had the  honor of being selected to have its World Premier as the opening night film of the 2018 Fort Myers Beach Film Festival where it won The People’s Choice Award.

 

“It’s Always About The Story: Conversations With Alan Ladd, Jr. was honored to be screened at the 2016 Capri/ Hollywood Film Festival on the isle of Capri Italy and was an Official Selection at the 2016 The Buffalo/ Niagara International Film Festival and the 2016 Fort Myers Beach Film Festival where it won the award for Best Documentary at both festivals.

It was also an Official Selection at the 2016 Marina del Rey Film Festival where it won The Audience Award for Best Documentary and an Official Selection at the 2016  Valley Film Festival where it also won the award for Best Documentary feature. Additionally we were an Official Selection at the 2016 Garden State Film Festival in Atlantic City New Jersey and the 2016 Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival in Florida.

 

“From Center Court To The Silver Screen” and “Making Dreams Come True”are  currently in post-production and will be released in late 2021.
